This program delivers the power of strategic analysis, critical thinking, collaboration and influence across the organisation.

External and internal conditions are changing at an accelerating rate, with the capability to translate Strategy into Action becoming increasingly important.

 

The fundamental skills, knowledge and capabilities required to competently deal with these conditions do not exist, or have been lost or underdeveloped in many organisations. 

We support development of your in-house capability with a variety of modular content configured to suit your needs.  Based on your context and aspirations, we help by identifying the opportunities, work to be done, and then developing your people and capability.

We support you with a co-developed design that can include online, face to face training and coaching, facilitation of specific issues and longitudinal practice development.

Our best learning and development happen when we apply ourselves in practice and in relationship with others who are open to moving a problem forward and learning in action.

Learning from peers, colleagues and others in your network or community is fun and effective. And we benefit most when the skills, knowledge and practices are human centered, (sometimes complex!) and leading edge.

Whether you’re on an individual transition journey or have been tasked with leading, coaching or facilitating your organisation through the process, a STAC can be implemented to provide a community of support.
